We Walked in Bergvliet!

Our Bergvliet walk consisted of the smell of fragrant flowers, admiring the beautiful moon, stopping to swing on the local swings, learning about Die Oof - the bird and nature conversation area, and enthusiastically strolling the streets together.

Laughter, chatter, and lots of warmth punctuated the otherwise still and peaceful night, with all 29 women ending the walk with contented smiles on their faces.

We Walked in Muizenberg!

Wow, what a wonderful evening it was on this year's leap day, the 29th of February 2024. We had 88 women join us, half were locals from Muizenberg. The walk was filled with magical sounds of laughter and conversation as we all connected with each other and the night environment. The walk consisted of the colorful streets of the village, the local ecology of the strand veld lei and the peaceful sands of the beach. We were joined by the orange moon which shone bright in the dark sky as we walked.
